Description of Washington Geography

           When looking at Washington state starting from the west first your see the Pacific Ocean. Then the Olympic mountains with the state capital olympia. Moving farhter east is the Puget Sound. Where The cascade moutains start which include Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Baker, And Mt. Rainer. Okanogan Highland are in the north east part of the state. Then the Columbia Platuea in the far east of the state in the middle. Then in the north east corner of the state is the Blue Mts. The west part of the state is really wet and it is constantly raining there. Mount baker hold the record for most snowfall of anywhere in the united states. The east part of the state is dry but does not get nearly as much rain so the west. These facts are the geography of Washington state.
